Personal Attention

Our coordinators make initial visits to each client's home. At that time clients and family members are given the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our personalized services tailored to suit their individual needs. As a result of this meeting, our coordinators assign appropriate home health aides that have the necessary skills, experience and personality match to best serve the client's needs.

Executive Care's Registered Field Nurses (RNs) identify specific needs of each client and in collaboration with patient and/or family members design a plan of care to enhance quality of life for the client and family.

Our RNs perform initial assessments and make periodic visits to monitor progress and client satisfaction. Our caregivers are closely supervised to ensure that the client is receiving the best possible care and services.

Peace Of Mind

All prospective employees undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, which includes a criminal background investigation, verification of references, employment history and physical examination.

We are licensed by the State of New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and each employee is bonded and insured.
